The Marketing Specialist, Member Marketing is responsible for leading innovative marketing projects that support member engagement objectives. A substantial part of the role will be providing support on our Connected Health App, Foresters Go.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with various marketing stakeholders to develop integrated campaign strategies
  • Ongoing support of Foresters Go, a reward based connected health app for members including web, in-app and communications
  • Explore new and creative ways to keep users engaged and keep the app top of mind
  • Support ongoing marketing efforts to help drive member participation in the Foresters Governance system
  • Work with internal partners to analyze campaign results, email reports, and google analytics dashboards, to help inform future campaign decisions
  • Assist in building campaign KPI’s
  • Develop project briefs
  • Consider full user experience including various communications channels, user journeys, testing and measurement
  • Execute deliverables such as, stakeholder reviews and consolidating feedback, manage timelines and budget
  • Ensure consistency across channels such as various websites, email, social media posts
  • Proofing and testing of all campaign collateral
  • Post-campaign analysis
  • Help develop content calendars for the blog and member portal collaborating with other marketing teams
  • Finance related tasks such as managing program budget, processing invoices, entering expenses into tracker

Key Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education along with 3-5 years of marketing project management, brand or product management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of direct and digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with experience writing program briefs, and post-campaign reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strength around tact and diplomacy.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills that exhibit strong planning skills, follow through and the ability to initiate.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Confident and enthusiastic team player with a self-directed approach and a willingness to take on new creative challenges
  • Experience on agile teams is an asset.
  • Experience working on websites including content development, user journey mapping, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to function well in a rapidly changing and demanding environment while managing multiple stakeholder perspectives.
  • Knowledge of competitor websites, collateral, blogs, social media.
